The hotel was located not far from Istanbul as well as restaurants. It was the mandarin king room with a marble-lined bathroom.

Our hotel was in a wonderful location in the middle of jackson. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Besiktas district.

The room was comfy and the personnel was attentive and welcoming. Perfect views - we could see courtyard.

Upon arriving at Mandarin Oriental, I was warmly greeted by the staff who knew my name, creating a personal touch. Check-in was a pleasant experience as I sat in their reception area enjoying Turkish coffee. The room offered stunning views of the mountains and was impeccably maintained. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short drive away from the vibrant areas of Beskitas/Ortakoy and Bebek. I particularly enjoyed the morning coffee at the Bosphorus-view restaurants. The staff, especially Ece at reception and Hakan and Gulbahar at the restaurant, provided exceptional service and helpful suggestions for exploring Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel for its five-star service, attention to detail, and wonderful amenities.

I could see garden from the window of the mandarin king room. The location for Istanbul was amazing, adjacent to Istanbul and restaurants. The staff was attentive and very attentive in all aspects, helped me with bags.

The breakfast offered variety of amazing meals.

This hotel was a luxurious and exclusive venue. The service was outstanding, with attentive personnel who exceeded my expectations. The Spa & wellness center was impressive and the body scrub was rejuvenating. Also, the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for sun loungers and sun terrace adorers. The restaurant offered delicious in-room breakfast and special diet menus for private facilities. Moreover, the location has an amazing garden area perfect for a leisure/ TV room.

The only minor issue was the transportation service being rendered by the hotel. The waiting times were long, and the taxis were expensive.

The staff here were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the recommendations given to us by the reception staff, as well as the great service provided by the restaurant staff. This hotel had all the necessary facilities, including a spa and multiple swimming pools. The cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable, which made our stay even more comfortable.
